On November 29, Sun Mingrong, Chairman of the Board, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopec Capital, delivered a lecture on the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress to the staff of Sinopec SBU of Capital Management and Financial Services and Sinopec Capital. He stressed that all the staff should thoroughly implement the decision and deployment of Sinopec’s Party Leading Group, focus on the industrial pattern of “One Foundation, Two Wings and Three Growth Points” and the business of capital and finance. All the staff should use the spirit of the 20th National Congress to guide the business, and turn the gains and understanding from study into powerful motivation for doing the job and promoting the development.

Sun Mingrong pointed out that we should deepen our understanding of the decisive significance of the "two establishments", resolutely meet the requirements of the "two safeguards", and constantly improve our political judgment, understanding and execution. He also expressed that we should more consciously use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to arm our minds, guide our practice, and enhance our political literacy. He required us to better play the role of a powerful engine for transformation and upgrading of Sinopec’s main business, unswervingly promote high-quality development, vigorously promote reform and management, and enhance the quality of development on the premise of good risk prevention. He also called on us to vigorously carry forward Sinopec’s tradition, and effectively strengthen the construction of talent team.
