On September 8, Xie Haibing, the assistant to the general manager of CNPC and the chairman of CNPC Kunlun Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNPC Kunlun Capital), visited Sinopec Capital and held in-depth discussion on business development, HR management, Party building and other issues with the team of Sinopec Capital, including Sun Mingrong, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhou Meiyun, Vice Chairman of the Board, President and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, as well as heads of relevant Departments. 

Sinopec Capital and CNPC Kunlun Capital Signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) after the meeting. Both sides will advance strategic cooperation on research, investment, synergy, empowerment, operation and management, and build a communicating mechanism including reciprocal visits of management teams and regular meetings of working teams.
