From June 15th to 16th, Zhou Meiyun, Vice Chairman, President and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopec Capital, with his team, visited North Industries Group Investment Management Company Ltd., and CETC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. 

During the visit, both parties discussed the structure and business of SOE investment companies, focusing on the establishment of market-oriented mechanisms, human resources management, fund management, internal project incubation, risk management and control, Party building and discipline inspection work.  A consensus was reached on establishing a mechanism for periodical exchanges and cooperation.

The visit is contributive to Sinopec Capital on optimizing its corporate governance, accelerating investment pace, improving risk prevention and control, and strengthening Party building. It also helps Sinopec Capital to anchor the goal of “Standing at the forefront and striving for NO.1”, taking more practical and precise measures on conducting core business, hailing the 20th National Congress of the CPC with excellent results.
