The medal presentation ceremony of the 9th China Securities Golden Bauhinia Award was held in Hong Kong on December 5th, 2019. China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corporation) obtained the “Best Listed Company in Corporate Governance” Award. Mr. Huang Wensheng, Vice President and Board Secretary of Sinopec Corporation, won the “Best Board Secretary of Listed Companies” Award (Lifelong Honor). 

China Securities Golden Bauhinia Award is jointly launched by Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Ltd., the Listed Companies Assassination of Beijing, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong. The nominees and candidates of the award are reviewed and approved by the experts and organizing committee after the online balloting procedure. As an important window to the world, the award is designated to demonstrate the image of Chinese listed companies and promote the development of the Chinese capital market.
