On June 14, 2019, Sinopec Capital held a mobilization educational event under the theme of “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”. Comrade Huang Wensheng, the Chairman, the Secretary of Party Committee, and the General Manager of Sinopec Capital, gave instructions for educational work and delivered a mobilization speech. Comrade Li Dawei, head of the 12th Circuit Steering Group of the Party Leadership Group of Sinopec Group, attended the event and addressed the attendees.

Comrade Huang laid out requirements on and made arrangements for how to interpret the importance of themed educational events. Furthermore, he instructed how to facilitate effective implementation of such events and how to specifically carry out such events. First, we should have a profound understanding of the importance of themed educational events; second, we should locate the fundamental tasks and targets, which should then be thoroughly and strictly implemented; third, with the support of innovations based on actual conditions, we should ensure that positive results are produced in terms of facilitating enhanced learning and education, problem finding, self-inspection, and problem rectification throughout the whole process.

Comrade Li conveyed the guidelines of the Central Government and the Party Leadership Group of Sinopec Group regarding the conducting of themed educational events on “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”. He also elaborated on the major tasks and working mechanism of the steering group and systematically interpreted key problems and difficulties in the work where further explanation is needed. He fully appreciated what Sinopec Capital had done in the past for themed educational events, and hoped that the Party Committee of Sinopec Capital could lead all Party members in generating creativity and securing tangible results.
