Congrats on the official operation of SINOPEC Kazakhstan Energy LLP, the first overseas JV jointly established by the upstream and downstream subsidiaries of Sinopec.

The company is a 50:50 JV between Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corp. (SIPC), the overseas upstream arm of Sinopec, and SINOPEC Fuel Oil Sales Company, the downstream fuel bunkering service provider of Sinopec. 

The company is dedicated to building a supply chain from producing crude oil to supplying very low sulphur fuel oil (VLSFO) to the overseas end-user markets.
